Capwell is a hard-tech / climate-tech company capturing methane emissions from oil and gas facilities, specifically targeting low and intermittent flow vents. This allows operators to lower their emissions, comply with regulations, and improve their profitability by returning wasted product to sale. The US EPA estimates there are 220+ million metric tons of CO2 equivalent emitted yearly from oil and gas operations, with Capwell applicable to 140 million metric tons (60%+). Capwell's patented system allows operators to capture gas from vents at lower flows and lower costs than existing solutions. We capture methane from various sources (e.g., tanks, pneumatics, dehydrators, casing vents) for upstream and midstream operators.
