Deep Anchor Solutions (DAS) accelerates renewable energy project adoption, especially in floating offshore wind and other offshore sectors, with its innovative deeply embedded ring anchor (DERA). DERA surpasses conventional solutions by offering cost-effectiveness, installability in any soil with quiet marine life-friendly installation, multiline potential, and omni-directional loading capabilities. The conventional suction anchor, when used in floating offshore wind projects, is projected to emit over 9 million metric tons (MMT) CO2-e by 2050, equivalent to emissions from a natural gas-fired power plant over 23 years. In contrast, Deep Anchor Solutions's innovative solution, the deeply embedded ring anchor (DERA), emits only 79,915 MT CO2-e/year, a substantial reduction compared to the conventional suction caisson's 361,100 MT CO2-e/year. This technology has the potential to cut CO2-e emissions by around 80%, equivalent to the reduction achieved by 63,000 gasoline-powered passenger vehicles driven for one year.
