DIOXYCLE
DIOXYCLE — is building an electrolysis platform to convert carbon emissions into chemicals and fuel building blocks.
DIOXYCLE develops breakthrough technologies to convert CO2 emissions into valuable chemicals and feedstocks, profitably displacing fossil fuels. DIOXYCLE specifically targets commodity products that have the potential to reduce emissions on the gigaton scale. The two co-founders launched the company early 2021 after five years of joint research in the field between Cambridge (UK), Collège de France, and Stanford. DIOXYCLE was selected as part of the Breakthrough Energy Fellows program, founded by Bill Gates to support highly innovative decarbonization technologies, before raising a seed with Lowercarbon capital. DIOXYCLE’s solutions are based on electrolysis and use only decarbonized electricity, industrial emissions, and water to produce everyday carbon-based products. Dioxycle has a unique fully integrated approach innovating at all levels, from catalyst to stack design and system integration toward unprecedented energy and cost efficiency.
