Monaire aims to help transition the world to more sustainable heating and cooling. It is currently focused on the most underserved segment in this space - small commercial buildings (<50K sq.ft.) Monaire's tech-enabled HVAC and Refrigeration management service reduces HVAC energy use and repair costs while preventing downtime and food waste. Small commercial buildings have two constraints - limited capital, no dedicated facility managers. Monaire's solution has been carefully curated to work within these constraints. It offers its hardware at $0 cost to its customers. Its software & AI algorithms, replicate the role played by facility managers in larger buildings. Monaire's partner service network takes care of issues that need manual intervention without needing owners/operators to get involved. Moanire's hardware, software and services have been carefully curated to work.
