PV Nano Cell advances single crystal nano conductive pastes and inks. PV Nano Cell's mission is to lead the metallization in solar cells technologies such as HJT and Perovskite with Tandem Architecture. They develop highly conductive pastes of Silver and Copper for low-temperature curing, enabling hyperfine line metallization, maximizing the cell’s electrical network performance and enabling future patterning capabilities. Solar metallization: Metallization is a critical bottleneck in solar cell manufacturing, accounting for about 30% of the cell cost. It significantly limits performance and scalability in high-efficiency cells due to existing technologies’ constraints on electrical conductivity, printing speed, and material usage. Addressing these metallization challenges is essential to reduce costs, improve throughput, and boost solar cell efficiency for the fast-growing photovoltaic market. PVN’s differentiated silver nano paste delivers: • 3× better electrical conductivity, • 2× higher printing speed, • Narrower printed lines.
