Thola offers a facility-management-software system that helps buildings become smarter and drastically reduce operating expenses, prolong asset life, and and reduce energy, water, and space waste. Its objective is to provide an all-in-one suite for automating facility management, which includes: asset management (such as heat pumps, generators, etc.), maintenance management, energy and water efficiency tracking dashboards, and property health and sustainability management. Buildings that are 20,000 square feet and above in cities such as Boston are now being forced to account on the carbon emission every single year or risk being penalized. The process of data capturing, monitoring, and reporting can be very challenging for buildings that do not have an in-house technical team. Thola solves this problem by offering an automated building-health-and-safety-management tool that generates maintenance schedules and tracks building sustainability in real time using system-trained data from individual properties as well as from its sensors installed at buildings. This enables real-time carbon emissions tracking of building and automates data streamlining for compliance reporting to organizations such as BERDO.
